Availability dependent on funding
When funding allows, ECHO can provide $20 gas cards or 20 bus tokens to clients who are working.
You must bring proof of Janesville residency, your valid WI driver’s license, your most recent paystub from work or letter from employer for new hires, and proof of car insurance to receive a gas card.
You must bring proof of residency and your most recent paystub from work to receive bus tokens.
You must bring in documentation each time you request a gas card or bus tokens.
This service is provided to those who need it, one time per month, but no more than six times per year. We often run out of funding for this program, so please call ahead to see if we have any gas cards or tokens.
