Leadership Development Academy (LDA) team, Rock Forward, is working with ECHO to raise funds and awareness of the homelessness issue in Rock County.
What is LDA?
The Leadership Development Academy of Rock County is an opportunity to learn about local history, economy, arts, and government. LDA participants experience formal leadership training, extensive Real Colors development, stress management, self-awareness as a leader, expanded community exposure and involvement, and team building with a final team project.
